Back to Slots

Small wins somehow keep me playing longer than big ones.

On slots, the small hits seem to keep me there more than a big win does. I’ll get a bonus for about 40 or 60, then a few 8, 12, 15 type hits, and carry on spinning. If I hit 300, I’m more likely to cash out. It’s like that bigger win closes things off, while the little ones keep the game going.

It’s happened a few times this month on 20c and 40c spins. Starting with 100, I can hover around 110 to 140 for an hour and keep playing. But if I jump from 100 to 380 quickly, I’m normally out within 10 minutes (unless the feature keeps showing up every few spins).

Is this how slots are built to keep people playing through little wins? I trust my read on it, but I’ve noticed it happen more than once. thanks

those 40 or 60 bonuses register as wins for me even when my balance has drifted down between them (or thats how i read it anyway). a bigger hit comes off like something worth protecting, so thats a natural place for me to stop
