does the sportsbook you use actually affect your long term profitability

I’ve seen a lot of people talk about lines and juice differences but honestly I wonder if just picking the right sportsbook is enough to change how much you win long term. Like is the difference between 104 and 108 juice really making a huge impact or is it more about how you use the lines and promos over time? Crypto books are tempting too since payouts are fast, but not sure if that outweighs other factors. How much has your sportsbook actually affected your profit over a year or so?
