fanduel settled my first basket bet wrong and now support wants video proof lol

So I put in a first basket prop last night and when the game finished, I was dead sure my guy scored first. Checked the play-by-play, even saw the replay on social. Payout didn’t come through. I reached out to support and after some copy-paste responses, now they’re asking me for video proof like it’s my job to find footage. Has this happened to anyone else? Not really expecting to screen record every bet I place. This feels kind of backwards for a sportsbook.

Yes, and that bit winds me up!!! The support asking you to do their grading for them is the rotten part. I had near the same feel on roulette with a manual payout hold once, and funny how they can log every losing bet in a blink but a winning return suddenly needs a committee meeting?! If their feed settled it wrong, that is their mess. I am still sore about one they never fixed, so maybe i am a touch salty, but you are right to push back.
