fanduel free bet won but profit went into bonus balance instead of withdrawable.

had this weird situation where i hit a decent win with a free bet and the profit didn’t land in my real money balance - showed up as another bonus. figured free bet profits were supposed to be cash, or maybe i missed some fine print this time? can’t remember if this ever happened before on other sites or if they just changed the terms recently. just want to know if anybody else is getting profits as bonus instead of actual withdrawable funds, or if maybe i clicked something wrong. before i go down a rabbit hole with support, would be cool to see if others had the same issue.

yeah nah that’s usually promo-credit chaining, not a glitch lol. the part people miss is not all “free bets” are the same bucket, some are stake-not-returned and cash out as real money, some are basically token winnings that stay trapped in bonus until you finish whatever dumb rollover they slapped on it. i’d check the exact promo name first before wasting an hour with support lmao. steady habit: always screenshot the offer terms before you click anything.

nah the uglier part isnt even the bonus, its when roulette bets start getting weird right after, bet365 used to reject my straight ups and had no real bet history worth a damn so u cant even prove what happened. free isnt free if the recordkeeping is trash

Yeah, i screwed this up once, clicked into a promo chain and the win got shoved into a Live Dealer bonus bucket instead of cash. Dumb as hell. Support called it “working as intended,” which still annoys me a little
