fanduel free bet won but profit went into bonus balance instead of withdrawable.

had this weird situation where i hit a decent win with a free bet and the profit didn’t land in my real money balance - showed up as another bonus. figured free bet profits were supposed to be cash, or maybe i missed some fine print this time? can’t remember if this ever happened before on other sites or if they just changed the terms recently. just want to know if anybody else is getting profits as bonus instead of actual withdrawable funds, or if maybe i clicked something wrong. before i go down a rabbit hole with support, would be cool to see if others had the same issue.
