free bet settled weird

so i took a free bet promo on a live soccer match, just messing around, figured whatever. thing is, the bet got settled as a loss even though the team i picked didn’t actually lose - game ended in a draw. checked the slip and everything, odds looked normal, nothing weird in the terms that i could find. i know sometimes these promos have weird traps but this felt off, like someone hit the wrong button.

don’t want to bug support for peanuts but this stuff gets me thinking how much goes sideways that we don’t notice, especially when you’re running dozens of bets at once. i screen cap everything now but still - stuff slips through. anyone else seeing free bets settle strange lately, or is this just another one of those “promo surprises” we’re supposed to laugh about?
