sportsbet.io cashback skipped my biggest losing bet somehow.

so their cashback thing showed up today and it’s totally off compared to my actual bet history. yeah i know “terms and conditions apply” and all that, but my biggest losing wager this week wasn’t even included. can’t believe this is just a coincidence either, it happened last month too but i brushed it off thinking maybe i misread it. i literally checked the time stamps and the bet id, so unless they specifically exclude certain types of bets from the cashback promo, i’m not seeing where they can just skip over it.

also i’ve read through the rules twice now and there’s no mention of the type of exclusion that would apply to my bet. it wasn’t an enhanced odd, wasn’t freebet, not cashed out. i’m getting tired of promos working differently every time depending on what suits them. i guess maybe it’s calculated on settled bets during the period but even then this one was definitely settled before the promo window closed. if anyone’s got a logical explanation other than “just the way it works”, would love to hear it because i’m not buying that line.

Maybe not rigged, just promo math doing its usual garbage. If the worst loss vanished twice, I'd stop counting that cashback

I wouldn't assume the biggest loss was deliberately skipped just because it's the biggest one. But if the same type of wager keeps disappearing from the calculation, then you've probably found a pattern worth questioning.

I wouldn't assume it was intentional based on a single example. But if the same type of wager is consistently excluded, it's worth asking for an explanation or looking into the pattern.
