sportsbook asked for selfie holding id after i hit one underdog moneyline

Hit a decent moneyline dog last night and woke up to a message from the book wanting a selfie with my ID. Never had that before, usually just the docs when you cash out, but now it’s a step up. Don’t love sending pics like that, but I hear more books are doing it after big wins, especially if you’re mostly playing props and long shots.

Makes me wonder if this is just normal verification or if they’re getting skittish about payouts. For folks who run poker or play promos, is this just part of the game now? I’d rather be spinning roulette, not worried about account flags. Curious how others handled it or if it ever led to other hassles down the line.

Yeah, pretty normal now. Soon as a dog hits, some books act like you robbed the place 🙄

"dog hits" lol, suddenly online casinos need CSI-grade selfies. Lame stuff
