tennis live market locked every time underdog had break point

Every time I’m watching a tennis match and the underdog manages to get to a break point, the live markets just slam shut. Doesn’t matter if I’m thinking about jumping in on the underdog or laying off a favorite that’s looking shaky, the second there’s a sniff of danger to the bookies, the markets freeze up until the break point’s resolved.

I get that they wanna protect themselves from sudden shifts, but it almost feels like the main purpose is to prevent us from getting any edge in that window. I don’t see this happen so aggressively in other sports with quick swings like basketball or even in blackjack when you get hot, but tennis is just brutal for this. Anyone else notice how timed this is? Seems like you have to be ahead of the move or you’ll always miss the big value spots. Curious how you guys work around this, or if there’s any real strategy to predict these lockouts.

yeah it's timed as hell lol, not even subtle. the second the dog sniffs a break point they yank the menu like an online casino when your spin streak gets too cute, lmao, same panic energy. gpa8email says if you weren't already in, you were never getting that number, book already hit the lock button and went home
