Live tennis betting

I tried getting into live tennis bets more and every time it turns into me staring at one break point like my rent is on it. Pre match I can be fine, live is a different animal and it gets in your head fast!

What do you lot even watch for when youre betting tennis live? I end up reacting to one game swing and then chasing the next price move, which is prob the dumbest way to do it.

I had only £25 on earlier and it still got annoying quick, especially when the cash out jumps all over the place!

I watch how cleanly they’re moving between points, especially getting back into position. Saw one player’s recovery slow down late in a set, and the next few games told me more than the cash out number. I had £15 on a match once and kept checking the price after every point.

Got irritating fast, so now I only go live when I’m watching the court. Otherwise it’s just numbers pulling me around.

Recovery speed is real but half the time the guy just tightens up after a break anyway.

How so?

Cash out isn't bait, it's the only reason I bother with live markets.

I track second serve points won instead. A guy holding under 50% there is the one I'm fading live.

sub 50 feels generous

where do you even find second serve splits while the match is running, the ones on my book lag a whole game behind

I watch how much work a player is making the other one do on serve. If they’re getting to 30-all in three of the last four return games, that sticks with me more than one break point (assuming I’ve got the games straight). One point can come from all sorts of things, but getting into those longer service games a few times tells me the returner is actually making them work.

I can still get caught staring at a single point, though.

Hold% is what I watch, not single points

Same here. I add one thing though - watching if the returner is swinging or just blocking it back. Those longer games mean more when they're the one dictating.

Honestly? The serve percentage. That's it. Everything else is just noise and cash out bait.
