does betting team totals get limited faster than full game spreads
Been sticking to team totals for a couple of seasons because the pricing is a little softer for the lesser-known leagues, but I’ve heard a few people warn it can get you limited faster compared to just betting the full game lines. I don’t touch crazy stuff - mostly regular sides and totals, all straight bets, but sometimes it feels like the book eyes these markets more if you show you know where the edges are. I’m not a pro or anything, but I try to be steady and not set off alarms with weird bet sizes or anything like that.
Anyone actually seen firsthand where books start throttling your team total bets but leave you alone on spreads and moneylines? Trying to decide if it’s smarter to mix things up more, or if that’s just gambling forum paranoia. Would like to stay under the radar but also don’t want to keep bouncing around markets just for the sake of it. What’s been your experience?
