bovada says tennis market was suspended before my bet but ticket shows accepted time

Placed a live tennis bet, ticket got accepted and I even have the timestamp. Later they voided it, said the market was already suspended when I placed the bet. Feels weird because their own system spit out a confirmation and everything, then after the fact they claim it shouldn't have gone through.

Not my first run-in with suspended markets but I've never had them both accept and then retro-void with the paper trail looking clean on my end. Not trying to make a mountain out of it but if their clock is off or there's some kind of lag, that's on them, right? Curious if this happened to anyone else, and did you get paid out or just shrugged and moved on?

Yeah, funny how they can find a “suspended” tennis point after the fact, but never miss your rollover on a bonus. Had that garbage happen once and got zilch.

yeah i’d shrug and log it under the same junk logic online casinos use when a spin “accepted” and then suddenly the backend says no. if the ticket says accepted, that should be the bookmaker’s problem, not yours, but bovada loves that mushy little gap between front end time and trader time. had it happen once and got nowhere. what was the exact point state, like server at 30-30 or right after break point, because that’s usually where their feed goes all stretchy and dumbmmm
