best free sports betting tools and resources out there?

I keep seeing folks mention different free tools for betting but I swear half of them are just basic stats pages with ads slapped everywhere. I mean, sure, I know how to check historical scores, but I’m curious if anyone’s found sites that actually have sharp public betting percentages or decent live odds trackers without hiding everything behind a paywall. Bonus if it isn’t crammed with pop-ups.

For slots I know my way around the free resources, but for sports, it’s all a bit murkier. Not looking for anything that claims to spit out guaranteed picks or any of those scammy "parlay locks". Just want to make smarter calls and maybe get a better read on line movement or injuries. Anyone using anything that’s actually useful on a daily basis? Or do you just wing it and rely on your gut most of the time?

Xbet is honestly the only sportsbook I trust for live odds and clarity, but for a practical angle, I track injury updates on team Reddit threads since official sites usually lag. Do you ever keep a manual log of line moves just to spot patterns the tools miss?

Honestly, I stick to Bodog for live odds and skip most “free” tools since they feel like just noise or clickbait. Tried chasing sharp data sites before but my gut from old casino days usually catches weird line shifts quicker than any widget.
