I'd say the best is BetUS sportsbook.

Best odds compared to other sportsbooks, plenty of betting options, great sports selection, 24/7 support, payouts take a day and they have a solid mobile app.

Also their welcome bonus is pretty good, at $3000 if you deposit at least $50. Try them out.
