I’d lean toward the simpler site. When the promos take over the page, it’s harder to see if deposits and withdrawals are straightforward, and that’s what I’m checking first.
Playing too tight after a big loss is tilt too. I catch myself passing calls I’d usually make because I don’t want to take another hit, and then I’m not judging the hand properly anymore. It can look like being careful, but really I’m just trying to protect the money I already lost. If the spot was worth a call before, the loss doesn’t change the cards or the pot odds. I still find myself sitting out good spots for a while after a big one goes wrong.
