No, spins are independent, landing on 25 or 27 a few times doesn’t show you’re reading the wheel. On a European wheel there are still 37 numbers, so 26 is a single-number bet and most spins won’t land on it. I wouldn’t read much into a few near misses, you’d need to track it over hundreds of spins before there’s anything useful to judge.

At 35-45 spins versus 90-120, same bets means roughly two or three times the expected loss in an hour. Swings grow too, but not in direct proportion, which is a weird bit of maths, damn.
