blackjack bonus tracker counted losses but skipped my double down win.

Has anyone else had a blackjack bonus tracker ignore a double down win? I’m checking the session notes, and it definitely logged my earlier losses, even the small ones, but when I hit a decent double and got paid 2,1, it didn’t bump the bonus progress at all. Noticed it right away because I was watching my stats.

Is this normal or just a bug in the system? I don’t want to chase a bonus if the tracker isn’t counting everything. What’s the best way to get them to fix it?
