balance reserved again

so my balance got slapped with a “reserved” tag again after a winning streak on live blackjack. this is the third time in like two weeks, always after a chunky win or a few back-to-back hands where i push the max bet up. first time i thought it was just slow payout but now it’s getting hard to ignore - funds sit there, showing reserved, for hours while the chat mod just tells me to be patient. still, no actual explanation.

i usually play crypto sites, so maybe it’s got something to do with blockchain confirmations, but the timing is always super weird and only seems to hit right after a lucky run. getting a little tired of chasing mods or waiting for the “security review” excuse. i know some of you play live tables more than i do - does this happen to you too or is it just a weird crypto thing? any tips for getting around it, or should i just take longer breaks and hope it smooths out?
