live roulette balance dropped twice after one spin and support says wait

so i’m on crypto and only play high vol games, y’all know me. was doing live roulette, balance took a double dip after just one spin. like, right after wheel stopped, it deducted the bet twice - saw it in the transaction log too. instant cold sweat. hit up support with screenshots and receipts because you can’t trust pixels without evidence in this place.

support just hit me back with “please wait while we investigate,” which we all know is code for “maybe if we stall she’ll go away.” i’m not going anywhere, this isn’t small change. i’ve seen weird system lags before but never a straight-up double charge off one spin. anybody else have this happen? what’s the longest you had to wait for them to fix stuff like this? did you ever actually get your stack back or did they just brush it off with free spins or some empty gesture? feeling real snakebit here, trying not to flip out on them yet.
