live roulette table closed for maintenance while my last spin was still unsettled

Placed a chunk on red, waited for the ball to settle, but before results popped, the live roulette table went to maintenance out of nowhere. No warning, just a message and everything froze up. Still haven’t seen my balance update or the round result in my bet history. Not sure if they just refund these or eventually settle them after maintenance finishes.

Anyone else get caught like this before? I’m starting to think it’s not so random when these things line up with big spins. Do they always pay out right if this happens?

Had it happen once on live roulette and I stupidly kept playing after the stream came back. Took ages to settle and that was enough for me. I went back to poker after that. At least when I misread a hand, that mistake is mine, not some maintenance screen.

yeah i got burned once when a promo spin rolled into live and the table flipped to maintenance before settle. maybe glitch maybe not, i stopped touching forced bonus stuff after that, felt real real off

Yeah I’ve had live roulette do that, same cheap nonsense as Sports Betting when a line freezes right as you click it, they usually settle off the provider log later or void it, but the part where it just vanishes for “maintenance” is not exactly confidence inspiring

Lmao I had a live bonus spin vanish into “maintenance” once. It got refunded, not settled.
