i swear every dealer has a hidden 10 underneath

Been playing a lot more live blackjack lately and it really feels like whenever the dealer shows a face down card, it’s almost always a 10. I know it’s just probability but it’s gotten to the point where I’m just assuming it’s a 10 and adjusting my hits and stands accordingly.

I know the math says 10s only make up 16 cards in the deck, but it really doesn’t feel that way at the tables. Anybody else get stuck in this mindset, or is it just me getting paranoid from a bad run? Do you actually play different assuming there’s a 10 hiding or stick to basic strategy no matter what?
