I swear the dealer always pulls a win last second… coincidence?
man, it’s wild how many times the dealer seems dead in the water and then just snags the card they need, especially on blackjack. i know it’s all supposed to be random and all that, but after like ten sessions in a row where my 19s and 20s get cracked, i start to wonder if there’s something weird going on, or if i’m just catching the unlucky end of probability. i mean, maybe it really is just what variance looks like up close and personal.
i play a lot of live dealer because it feels more transparent, but then you see those miracle dealer draws and you get that deja vu. does anyone else track their sessions to see if it evens out, or are you just rolling with the punches?
Variance can feel brutal in blackjack, especially at live dealer tables where a dealer pulling that perfect six to make 21 on your 20 sticks in your brain way more than the flips you win. I log every session like a poker hand history and over 300+ rounds those outlier hands just melt into the numbers - are you tracking how many pushes and cracks you actually get?
