best promotional email if casinos actually sent useful ones

Most of the promo emails I get from casinos are a complete waste of time. All flash, no real details or anything actually helpful for someone trying to plan a decent session. I always wonder why they don't just send out an email with a straightforward breakdown, like dates for double comp days, or which slots are paying out at higher rates for the week, or even when to expect new table game tournaments. Anything besides the usual "exclusive offer" with 10 different hoops.

Wouldn’t mind getting a quick calendar update or, I don’t know, a little historical data on past big winners or event nights. That way I could plan my visits instead of just showing up whenever, hoping the vibe feels right. Anyone else think these emails could be way more functional if they cared about loyal players?

Last time I actually cared about a promo email was when one sent a straight cashback code, no questions asked. Are casinos afraid that too much real info might actually help us play smarter?

Completely agree, I’d actually open emails if casinos treated regulars like thinkers instead of just clickbait targets. Ever seen an online casino send real tournament stats or variable RTP for the week, or does that edge just evaporate if they post it?
