anyone ever intentionally lose a bonus you didn't want?

Had this weird situation last night on a site that auto-opted me into a reload bonus. It was one of those with playthrough requirements so high that it's basically a trap for any kind of cashout. Honestly, I just wanted to run my original balance through some blackjack and maybe jump to some live dealer, but with the bonus stuck on there, every win would just dig me deeper into rollover hell.

Anyone else ever just purposely dump their stack fast to get rid of the bonus? Feels counterintuitive to literally try and lose but it seemed like the best way out. I couldn’t be bothered grinding hundreds of spins on games I barely like for the tiniest chance of actually clearing it. If I could just opt out, I would, but it locked everything the moment the funds hit. Would love to know if people actually grind these or if eating a fast loss is the move.

I’ve closed my browser mid-bonus before instead of chasing an exit. Sometimes peace of mind beats sunk time. Anyone regret cashing out?

sometimes i treat roulette like a crash test for exactly this. one time i fired off max outside bets on red/black just to see if i could vaporize the bonus and move on. it’s weird, but viewing that as tuition instead of failure keeps me from tilting over it.

dumping feels rough but i’ve done it too, mainly out of stubbornness. sometimes just watching that balance go lets me feel done with it so i can move on. weirdly enough, i think i’ve learned more about my own risk tolerance by making that choice than i ever did grinding stupid wheel of fortune spins just to meet playthroughs that never actually pay off.

I’ve tanked my stack on slots just to dump a bonus I never wanted too. Grinding out monster rollovers when you’re forced in is pure pain. If the opt-out isn’t there, losing quick is honestly smarter than sinking hours for a barely-there shot at a withdrawal. It’s a trap they bank on and blackjack doesn’t help much with those requirements.

Never wasted more time than grinding a pointless bonus. If there's no cashout path, I’d rather cut losses than let rollover numbers haunt my sleep. Sometimes I check the terms twice just to be sure I’m not missing an escape hatch. Curious if you ever see bonus abuse warnings for dumping quick.
