anyone ever successfully appealed a bonus that was forfeited?

so i had a reload bonus locked in, hit a mini heater but got a bit loose and let my balance drop too far. next thing you know, bonus gets yanked for not keeping up with the terms. i pinged support but all i got was the copy paste rulebook. figured it was tuition paid but i keep hearing stories where folks push back and actually get the bonus reinstated or some sort of goodwill offer, especially if you've played a ton before.

is that pure myth or have any of you actually managed to get a promo reversed after the system ate it? not talking about small glitches either, just regular user error or timing out.

Yeah, “stories” about getting it back are mostly forum campfire crap imo. On the sports betting side, once the promo engine flags you for dropping under the required balance or blowing through the timer, support is just a parts counter for canned replies. I had a same-game parlay boost get nuked after a cashout chain tripped the terms, and the human on chat was basically reading the screen back to me at 1.5x speed. If it’s plain user error, not a real glitch, that bonus is gone. That’s the whole movie.

Nah, regular support at online casinos aint doing charity lol. Only time I saw anything moved was a VIP host comping me scraps after I torched a week of deposits, the actual bonus stayed dead.
