anyone get promotional bonus forfeited after bonus cleared

I just finished up the rollover on my latest deposit bonus, hit all the playthrough requirements, and even got the email saying it was done. Went to cash out and suddenly the whole bonus balance the actual bonus amount I already played through was yanked. Checked with support and got this canned reply about "bonus forfeiture after clearance" but nothing in the terms stuck out about that.

Has this ever happened to you guys? I keep my screenshots and read the rules pretty closely, so this has me confused. Is there some rule I missed or is this just them finding reasons not to pay? Not looking to rage, just trying to figure if I messed up or if I should push back harder on this. Anyone with experience with this?

I’d pay close attention to the site’s licensing status. Some outfits operate with zero oversight so you can crush your blackjack session fair and square, clear their rules, and still lose a legit win if the platform just decides to “interpret” their own terms differently. Reading the terms is good judgment but sometimes the fine print isn’t even the issue, it’s that no regulator’s checking if they follow their own rules. Always a smart move to document everything and double-check their license before playing, especially with bonuses on the line.

One angle nobody mentions is how badly some sites botch their bonus tracking, especially if you mixed slots and blackjack. Even on legal platforms, promo meters can glitch and put you in the penalty box after you’re done. Never surprised when an IT hiccup or poorly coded system flags someone for review right after playthrough. Seen balance just vaporize after a session, then show up again hours later. Not excusing it, but sometimes you’re not up against “interpretation” so much as basic software junk. Wouldn’t hurt to check if your cleared bonus was still visible in your account history or just ghosted.

this sounds like straight up stalling tactics to me unless there was a sneaky rule buried about “irregular play” or bet sizing, which a lot of online casinos tack on. mathematically the house already edges out when you clear playthrough, so taking the cleared bonus after the fact is just theft in my book. if you’ve got screenshots and hit all terms, push back hard. seen a few regulars on forums get their balance restored after going public with the receipts.
