free spins counted only losing spins toward promo progress

So I was working through a free spins promo and noticed the progress bar was creeping way slower than usual. After digging into the rules, turns out only my losing spins are getting counted toward the promo requirement, not every spin. Basically, if you hit a win, that spin doesn’t move you closer to the goal, just the losses do.

Has anyone else run into this? It’s honestly kind of weird to me and pretty different from how other promos I’ve done usually work. Usually, I just have to play through a set number of spins or wager a certain amount, not just burn through losing spins. Seems like it punishes hot streaks, and you end up grinding longer if you’re having any luck.

Would love to hear how others handle these, especially if you manage to actually clear the thing. I like consistency, but this type of rule feels a little off.

Yes I had the same exact thing happen at luckxpress casino but when I was trying to accomplish my wagering requirements I was playing blackjack and they were only counting my losses towards my requirements and then after I posted a review on trustpilot.com about it they suspended my account with over $400 in it and then I made a review about that and they responded to both saying to the first review that basically I was mistaken and to the second review to contact them directly so that we could works things out, and that my account shouldn't have been suspended for making a review. I emailed them like they asked but I got no response.

“Read” like promo terms aren’t written by goblins. I’ve seen Live Dealer stuff count losses only too. Tracker’s the real casino.

Tracker ain’t even the real casino, lol, the promo engine is. I’ve had Online Casinos do this on slots too, not just Live Dealer, and it always shows up where the RTP/math is buried or the terms got tweaked mid-promo lmao so yeah, not “weird,” just grimy stuff

That's a weird promo mechanic for sure. I'd double-check whether it actually says "losing spins" or if they're using some contribution formula that's being displayed badly. I've seen Gamdom and other platforms word these things in ways that make the tracker look completely different from what you expect.
