Daily login prize missing?

been noticing lately the daily login bonus isn't showing up for me every day, even though i've been logging in as usual and hitting the promo section to make sure i'm not missing anything. i thought maybe there's a cutoff time or something with the timezone, but when i checked with a buddy, he seemed to get his just fine and we’re in the same area. not sure if there's a trick to how you trigger it or if they've quietly changed the requirements.

before i send a message to support and jump through their hoops, figured i’d see if anyone else is running into this. is it just me, or has anyone seen their daily login bonus not appear even when logging in on time? curious if this is a glitch or some new policy i missed buried in their promo terms.
