bonus terms changed after opt in and now support says screenshot needed

so i went for this reload bonus cause the terms looked decent and i double checked everything before clicking opt in. now today i go to check my wagering and the terms page looks different, like lower max bet and new excluded games on the list. support tells me if i want the original terms honored, i gotta have a screenshot from before. i never screenshot bonuses, just usually go by the promo email or what's in the promo lobby. kinda feels off.

does anyone actually do this, screenshot every bonus page before claiming? seems like overkill but maybe i'm just behind the times here. support was friendly but basically said “no screenshot, nothing we can do” and i got left feeling like this is a normal thing now? just not sure if i’m missing out on how everyone else handles it. just sharing my experience but up to you if you wanna trust these promos, your call.
