Betano vs Bet365: which is actually worth using

Thinking of switching up where I play. I mostly stick to live dealer blackjack and some weekend multis on football. Trying to actually look at pros and cons instead of just drifting along out of habit. Noticed odds are pretty close most of the time but I'm more interested in which one handles promos better, how payouts shake out, and if either customer service actually helps you when things get weird.

Not looking for brand hype, just want a reality check from anyone who puts in decent volume, maybe with some experience on the live tables too. Are there any annoying limits, payout stalling, or random account reviews that pop up on either? Would really help to hear some real stories before I sink time into switching. What’s been your experience, especially for live dealer and payout speed?

bet365’s habit of voiding winning bets on their roulette and blackjack tables is what finally burned my trust, way more than slow promos or payout lag ever did. customer service just echoed policy at me. if table games are your main action, that risk isn’t worth it.

For live dealer blackjack, Bet365’s payout speed is usually quicker but watch for their random account reviews, which can stall cashouts a few days. Promos on both tend to be average, nothing wild, but Betano’s felt more transparent to clear for me. The real hang-up with Bet365 is how often they’ll lock things for “routine review” if you go on a heater or spike your bet size. Patience helps, but those waits test it.

one thing i watch for is how fast the promos actually credit once you clear them. betano was quick every time, no extra hurdles or hidden rollover oddities. bet365 support got fuzzy for me when asking about a missing cashback, took a few escalations to sort it. if you care about promos lining up with live dealer, how much weight do you put on table variety?
