BetMGM app keeps freezing

so the app’s been straight up freezing on me every time i try to check live roulette or poker tables. happened three times today, which already had me bailing out on a good double down position. i’ve rebooted, even reinstalled, but no luck. i play mostly on wifi but tried data too, same deal. this messing with the risk math way more than it should. if a platform can’t run smooth mid-session, it throws off the whole strategy. has anyone actually solved this or is it just another “deal with it” moment?

Yeah I screwed with settings for a week, BRB, it was just a deal with it thing. Live Dealer is where mine froze most too, same crap.

Crypto casinos weirdly freeze less for me. Bet365 live roulette lagged 12s on payout once 😑

It’s not “live” anything, it’s betmgm stuffing roulette and poker through the same crooked pipe and acting surprised when it buckles, and once that starts i assume the market’s lying to me until PROVEN otherwise because frozen action wrecks timing more than the cards ever do

It’s the app wrapper choking, not just “live roulette” in the abstract lol, that’s the part people miss. I’ve had way fewer meltdowns just running live tables in browser, and crypto casinos lean on that setup more, so yeah for BetMGM it’s mostly a deal-with-it moment lmao

Browser helped my live roulette, but slots still stuttered after 15 minutes.

Nah, the part that tilts me isn’t even the freeze, it’s when the betting interface comes back from the dead all stupid and half-desynced like “place your bet 🙂” after the window already moved. That’s the real clown show. I had this on BetMGM and once on Bet365 roulette, and Bet365 was extra cursed because the stream looked like it was filmed through a damp sock and they were missing racetrack bets, lol. If OP’s freeze is right when the dealer stream loads, that screams their session handoff is trash, not your phone. And support on these places is usually soooo useless they’ll tell you to clear cache until you die of old age. Deal-with-it moment, yeah, but mostly because they ship janky casino code and call it premium lmao

Tbh i’d stop blaming wifi first. I’ve seen live dealer stuff get weird when the phone clock is even a little off or battery saver is choking background checks. Sounds dumb, but betmgm gets fussy at stream handoff. I had one android do this until i turned auto time back on and killed battery optimization for the app. Did yours freeze at the exact second the dealer video should appear, or after the seat map loads?
