Anyone else notice the live chat agents lately seem to be either super enthusiastic or like they're fighting to keep their eyelids open? I asked about the free spins promo last week and got a reply so fast I thought it was an automated script, but then the agent started oversharing about her unlucky blackjack streak and I couldn’t tell if it was a bot or someone losing their shift sanity.

When the connection lagged, I had time to check if my hoodie pocket still had my lucky quarter - surprise, it didn't, but that’s beside the point. It feels like some agents give you bonus info if you act a little clueless, but then they also type those three dots forever.
