support chat review

so i’ve had to deal with support chat way more than i’d like, especially after a run where the balance just disappears on a slot reload. last time, the agent kept pasting generic answers and basically ignored my screenshots. i get variance messes with us all, but a glitch isn’t just bad luck. meanwhile, i hear some folks say chat fixed things for them in like two minutes and even tossed them a small bonus. maybe it’s just who you get, or the hour? feels random, honestly. anyone else find the spelling in the canned responses kind of hilarious sometimes? not that i’m perfect but, come on.
