What I’d do depends on one thing, did the balance move. If not, I’m not burning half a day chasing a ghost spin, that’s bad optionality and support loves that game. If money did move, then yeah I’m in chat fast, screenshot the table, time, dealer, even the stats panel if it was live. Casino side always gets this lazy pass. I’d push for the actual timestamp trail, not build my own surveillance setup. Week is bad, but the part that gets me is when a sportsbook wants "recreational" till you actually win a little, then suddenly your optionality is a coffee bet and support acts confused. Seen that with bet365 stuff too, restricted right after normal-looking action, lucky you even got a label!!!
