evolution crazy time bonus hit but my bet slip still says pending after 6 hours

I hit the bonus round on Crazy Time earlier today and the game finished out, but my bet slip hasn’t settled. It’s been over 6 hours and it still says pending. Usually even when they go slow, it wraps up after 10 or 15 minutes for me. I’m not one to blow up support tickets unless I’m really stuck, so I haven’t reached out yet, but this is starting to bug me.

I checked my connection and even restarted, just in case it was on my end. The live chat was slammed the last time I checked. Has anyone else had delays like this after a Crazy Time bonus? Trying to be patient, but it’s throwing off my spreadsheet tracking since I can’t close my session out yet. Might just log off for the night and hope it sorts itself by morning.

2:11 a.m. Is cute, the part that annoys me is pending wrecks your ledger more than the spin itself. I had a €64 Crazy Time settle after 9 hours and the live interface had already dumped it from recent bets, sooo yeah, sloppy backend stuff and that's it.

If you're tracking everything in a spreadsheet, I'd leave a note for that session and check again in the morning. Sometimes these things sort themselves out overnight.

Nah lol “be patient” is how they get away with this stuff. If the round finished, the result exists, period, and 6 hours pending is trash ops not some mystery of the universe. I’d ping support and screenshot everything for your records now, that’s basic live casino review stuff lmao

Yeah 6 hours is past “be patient” territory, I’d stop babying support and make the ticket now. People act like live game pending is some normal little hiccup, no, after the bonus resolves the slip should follow, same thing on roulette side too. I had a Lightning Roulette hit sit pending for almost 5 hours, support finally pushed it through after I sent the round time and stake, without that it just sat there. Keep the timestamp, game name, amount, all of it. If it was 20 minutes fine, half a day is them being sloppy not you being impatient
