Bet365 bet credit delay

so, i’m just wondering if anyone else had a long wait on their bet credits showing up after a promo. i’m not a big sports guy, mostly slots, but a mate sent me a link and i thought i’d try the bonus. made a qualifying bet, definitely followed the rules, and got the message saying my credits were “on their way.” but it’s been close to 36 hours and nothing has popped up yet in my account.

the chat support told me it could be “up to 48 hours,” but it feels weird since the small print didn’t mention that long of a delay. i know sometimes slots promos have random processing delays, but this feels a bit different. just want to check if it’s normal, if i need to do something else, or if i’ve missed a tiny detail in the t&c. anyone else run into these weird holds or should i just be more patient?
