Bet365 bet credit delay

so, i’m just wondering if anyone else had a long wait on their bet credits showing up after a promo. i’m not a big sports guy, mostly slots, but a mate sent me a link and i thought i’d try the bonus. made a qualifying bet, definitely followed the rules, and got the message saying my credits were “on their way.” but it’s been close to 36 hours and nothing has popped up yet in my account.

the chat support told me it could be “up to 48 hours,” but it feels weird since the small print didn’t mention that long of a delay. i know sometimes slots promos have random processing delays, but this feels a bit different. just want to check if it’s normal, if i need to do something else, or if i’ve missed a tiny detail in the t&c. anyone else run into these weird holds or should i just be more patient?

Eh, 36 hours isn’t even the bit i’d side-eye. With bet365 i’d check for a quiet account/region restriction instead, seen it on roulette stuff where the “delay” was really a flag lol and support just kept saying wait.

Yeah, thats happened to me and lol i wouldnt do anything but wait yet. I screwed up once thinking my blackjack play would count the same as slots and it didnt, so now i assume their promo tracking is goofy til it lands.

Yeah, 36 hours for promo credit isn’t some smoking gun, it’s just their promo queue being lazy. Different thing from a bet settling late, and with Blackjack promos that distinction matters more than people act like it does!!!
