DraftKings promo bet pending?

so i’ve got this promo bet i placed yesterday, it’s still hanging as “pending” in my account and i’m trying to figure out if that’s normal or if i messed something up. i double checked the ticket and the wager looks legit, it’s just not graded yet. i’m not sure if it’s just a weekend lag or if there’s something else going on with promos that causes them to take longer to settle.

i’m used to regular bets settling pretty quick, at least after the game wraps, but this one’s a promo boost so maybe it’s a different process? not seeing anything in the fine print about extra waiting times or delays for promo payouts. i keep refreshing every ten minutes out of habit and the suspense is just weirdly more annoying on a promo.

anybody had promo bets hang in limbo for a while? does it usually work itself out or should i reach out to support?
