bet365 bet credit stuck

So my bet credit’s just chilling in the account, not showing up for me to use even after it says it’s there. I’ve refreshed, logged out, cleared cookies, tried a different browser, all that jazz. I know it’s not some expired thing since it just showed up today, but no matter what I do, it’s not letting me actually place a bet using it. Not gonna lie, it’s throwing off my whole plan for roulette and a cheeky slots run.

Anyone else had this glitchy mess? Did you have to wait it out or do something extra to unlock it?
