bet365 bet credit stuck

So my bet credit’s just chilling in the account, not showing up for me to use even after it says it’s there. I’ve refreshed, logged out, cleared cookies, tried a different browser, all that jazz. I know it’s not some expired thing since it just showed up today, but no matter what I do, it’s not letting me actually place a bet using it. Not gonna lie, it’s throwing off my whole plan for roulette and a cheeky slots run.

Anyone else had this glitchy mess? Did you have to wait it out or do something extra to unlock it?

Yeah "just showed up today" is the part, bet365 loves a locked balance for a bit... Live dealer credit acts weird too 😬

Nah lol, "it says it's there" ain't usable yet. Bet365 promo credit lags all the time.

If it only appeared today, I'd give it a few hours before assuming it's completely broken. But if there's an expiration date attached, definitely contact support now so you've got a record of the issue.

Yeah, had it. My mistake was assuming “bet credit” meant roulette too. Bet365 loves slicing sportsbook credit away from casino play with the useful part buried in the miserable little terms. I quit building a night around freebies after that.
