online roulette says late bet but timer was still green when i clicked.

Placed a straight bet just now while the timer was definitely still green, and it gave me the “late bet” message anyway. Noticed this a few times over the last week but shrugged it off since it didn’t matter too much for those spins. Trying to stay disciplined and not tilt, but it’s really tilting when timing actually matters and you still get locked out.

Is this just bad luck with server lag, or do you think the table’s running on some weird delay? Anyone else had this happen?

Yeah that’s the betting interface lagging behind the actual lock, green means nothing if your feed is 400ms late. I’ve had online casinos do it on live roulette right at 2 seconds left, same stupid late bet pop up every time

Yeah, that sounds more like a timing or server sync issue than anything you can really control. The green timer is what you're seeing client-side, but the actual cutoff is usually determined server-side, so they can get slightly out of sync. If it's happening repeatedly, I'd screenshot the timer and late-bet message and send those to support instead of just assuming it's bad luck.
