live dealer promo says game shows count but crazy coin didnt move wagering at all.

So I saw the latest live dealer promo saying all game shows should count towards the wager, but when I played Crazy Coin the progress bar didn’t budge at all. I switched over to Mega Ball after and that seemed to work fine, so now I’m just confused. Read all the T&Cs and it definitely includes game shows, no mention of exclusions that I could find.

Anyone else had this happen? Maybe it’s one of those weird platform tracking glitches? Starting to wonder if there’s a catch I’m missing in the small print.

Yeah this is the same lazy promo setup books use when they slap “all live games” on it then one title sits in some weird bucket and doesn’t count, lol. If Mega Ball moved and Crazy Coin didn’t, I’d bet the copy is just sloppy as hell or the bar updates late, support’s gonna be BOT city anyway lmao

I've had wagering trackers lag before, so it might be worth giving it a few hours to see if the progress updates. If it still doesn't move, I'd contact support with the timestamps.

Haha, yeah, crypto tracking can definitely get messy sometimes. I’d always double-check the transaction hash and status before assuming something went wrong.

nah, hash-checking is beside the point here. the promo copy is the real scammy bit imo!!! i got burned last month chasing a “counts on live” bonus and learned the hard way they write it broad, then grade it narrow after. maybe i missed a clause, maybe not, same result haha

Tx hash won’t tell you a damned thing about promo credit, that’s the funny part. Deposits live on-chain, wagering lives in some dusty back-office ledger with a bad attitude!

Maybe glitch, maybe not. I’ve had live promos count Mega Ball but not Crazy Coin, support calls it “excluded” after the fact, usual crap!!!

It’s the provider tag that screws it, not some mystical glitch lol. “Game shows” isn’t one real bucket in online casinos, Crazy Coin logs different than Mega Ball, promo copy is wallpaper lmao

Crazy Coin specifically is the one I stop trusting for promo count. Seen that title get shoved into an "excluded" bucket after the fact more than once...
