live dealer bonus says roulette counts but wagering barely moved after like 90 spins

so i was running this live dealer bonus that actually said roulette is good for wagering, which i usually double check since most places don’t let you use roulette at all. i did like 90 spins, changed up chips, changed up tables, went from lightning to classic, but my progress bar barely nudged. either i can’t count or the system’s lagging or something weird is up. i know sometimes it’s just certain bets that don’t count, or it’s only single zeros or whatever. anybody had this issue before? i feel like the only thing moving is my patience, not the meter
