live dealer bonus terms say game shows count but wheel games blocked bonus balance

So I’m looking at this new live dealer bonus and the terms clearly say game shows are allowed for wagering. But when I try to play any wheel games with my bonus balance, it either says unavailable or just won’t let me bet. I even cleared cookies and switched browsers but still no luck. I’ve never had this issue with other game shows, only the wheel type.

It’s weird since the bonus T&C just lump all game shows together with no mention of exceptions, but the games act blocked anyway. Anyone else run into this? Makes me wonder if there’s a difference between what’s technically classified as a “game show” and what actually triggers their bonus restriction filters. I’m not sure if support would even give a straight answer.

Nah, "game shows" in the promo and the provider tag in the backend are sooo often different. I've had wheel stuff blocked while poker side bets counted lol.

yeah i hit this once, thought i was dumb lol, it was just a live dealer bonus wallet bug and support kept acting confused. if wheel wont take bonus balance i assume it's blocked, period lmao

What trips it is the back-end tag, not the lobby label. Online casinos love calling it a game show while filtering it like roulette, imagine that!

I’d challenge the “game show is game show” bit, because in practice it isn’t. The wheel titles often get tagged like roulette for bonus filtering, whatever the marketing page says. I’ve seen the same nonsense on poker promos too, broad wording up top, hard block underneath. If it won’t take the bonus balance, that’s the real rule, not the headline 🙂
