betfury says free box reward expired but timer still had 4 hours.

Went to open my free box like I do every day and got hit with a message saying reward expired, but my timer still showed almost 4 hours left. Had been saving up for a higher tier, letting that anticipation build, you know? Timer didn't even go red or anything, just stayed the same. Logged out, logged in, nothing changed.

Now I'm starting to wonder if anyone else has had something like this with those timed bonuses. Is this a glitch or just some weird system reset? Never trust a countdown I guess, but still feels like a dirty sweat when you've been planning your claim down to the minute. Trying to figure out if it's worth chasing up support or just chalk it up to variance.

That 4 hours left part is the tell. Same junk feel as a Blackjack timer hanging after the hand is dead.

Yeah, imo the bigger issue isn’t the 4 hours, it’s the “save up for a better tier” bait. Crypto casinos love that stuff because it keeps you checking in, then the promo terms get mushy when it matters. I’ve had these reward ladders go weird before, and when a place isn’t even clear about who’s behind it, ngl I stop treating the countdown like it means anything 🙂

Same crap on sportsbook boosts lol, promo clocks are fake as hell when they want them to be. If it never flipped red and still killed it, that’s their backend burping, not you lmao

What I’d want to know is did your free box tier jump right at rollover and then lock the old one out, I’ve seen bonus junk do that while the clock just sits there. In Blackjack terms, did it die after one more hand or exactly on some daily reset, that's the ACTUAL tell here?

Maybe a glitch, but i'd still call it a reset on their end. Live dealer timers drift too. Annoying.
