betfury says free box reward expired but timer still had 4 hours.

Went to open my free box like I do every day and got hit with a message saying reward expired, but my timer still showed almost 4 hours left. Had been saving up for a higher tier, letting that anticipation build, you know? Timer didn't even go red or anything, just stayed the same. Logged out, logged in, nothing changed.

Now I'm starting to wonder if anyone else has had something like this with those timed bonuses. Is this a glitch or just some weird system reset? Never trust a countdown I guess, but still feels like a dirty sweat when you've been planning your claim down to the minute. Trying to figure out if it's worth chasing up support or just chalk it up to variance.
