cool off timer stuck

set a 24 hour cool off and now it’s showing 48+ hours, still can’t log back in. double checked, not a self exclusion. no emails from support, already cleared browser cache and tried different devices, nothing. seems weird because last time i used a cool off it ended right on the minute, this time timer just keeps extending. friends have never had this, but i saw a post somewhere about weird timer bugs when using bonus funds, which i was, but market’s usually off on that sort of logic.

haven’t tried making a new account or anything extreme yet. not really looking to, just wondering if anyone else’s cool off ever stuck or ran way longer than it should?
