cool off ended but account still locked

Had a bit of a session last week, got slapped with a cool off, fair enough, I should’ve just watched cat videos like a sane human instead. My cool off period ended yesterday, but now my account’s still locked and support keeps saying “it’s under review.” I’m losing my mind wondering what that even means since I barely ever contact them, and never had any withdrawal issues before.

The account balance isn’t anything wild, but I do want to get in there and finish my roulette streak. Anyone else have a cool off take forever to unlock? Is this normal or should I just prepare to start hoarding jars for a new hobby?
