casino says my withdrawal is approved but cashier still shows locked balance.

So my withdrawal got marked as approved two days ago, but the cashier page still shows the same chunk of money sitting there as “locked.” Never seen this before - usually after approval the balance is gone and it’s just waiting for my bank, but now it’s just kind of in limbo. The support chat keeps telling me to wait another day or two and that it’s “normal” right now. Not sure if I buy it, feels off.

I play roulette and blackjack regularly so I’m used to the usual delays, but this is new territory for me. Anyone else dealt with the money showing as locked after withdrawal approval? Did your balance eventually clear, or should I be more worried?
