FanDuel support review

so i’ve hit support a few times now, and i’m not even sure what my expectations should be with this stuff. i’ve done live chat, done the email wait game too, both have been kinda meh. live chat answers quick but a couple times it really felt like they were just copy-pasting random answers without actually reading what i said. i get it, they’re probably slammed but wow, sometimes it’s like talking to a wall.

my last issue took them over two days to solve, and it wasn’t anything wild - just a promo that wasn’t credited right. got sorted in the end but i feel like unless you really push for it, they just hope you go away. is this just how it goes everywhere or did i just get unlucky? curious if others actually get good results with support because honestly, i’d love a site where the support actually feels human and not like i’m bothering someone every time.
