Bovada support speed?

so danny tried reaching out to support because his bonus locked up, and he swears he sent the clearest email ever, no drama, just facts. but then nothing for like 40+ hours, not even a “we got your ticket.” danny doesn’t exactly live on the clock but still, a casino should move a little quicker, right? especially when real cash is locked and danny’s best roulette run of the week is just out there floating.

is this normal? couple of friends said sometimes it’s super fast, other times like snail pace, especially if you ask about bonuses or if your question even hints at something semi-technical. danny wonders if weekend timing throws a wrench into it or if it’s just luck of the draw. honestly, all this just makes danny wish support was as straightforward as a red/black spin, win or lose, not this weird waiting game.

anyone else have stories on support delays lately, or is danny just catching the slow end of the stick?

lol yeah bonus stuff is where they suddenly get all weird and handsy with ur account, thats the part i dont trust at all!!! i clicked into a promo once thinking free money lmao my bad, ever since then if support sees bonus anywhere they move like cold syrup rn

yeah, bonus email is the part id stop caring about lol. anything with bonus in it gets kicked into the slow dumb pile, thats just how these places run. weekend makes it worse, obviously. i had a blackjack deposit match get stuck once, took forever, i just played my own cash and ignored the promo crap. support acting random isnt some mystery, its their whole personality lmao

Yeah 40+ hours on a bonus ticket is "normal" in the bad way lol. Poker cashouts got me faster than support ever did, which says plenty

Nah, the dumb click isn’t even the part that bugs me lol, it’s how Online Casinos can vacuum up a deposit in 8 seconds then act like “semi-technical” means NASA paperwork. Once your ticket smells like bonus math or roulette history, support goes full dark mode and vanishes, same movie every time lmao

Forty hours for bonus support is exactly why I hate the bonus stuff in the first place. They can finish a Blackjack hand in ten seconds but somehow your real cash sits in a fog all weekend because the terms are written like a bad medication label.
