slot provider review after a big win taking 14 business days, is that normal

So I hit a pretty decent jackpot on one of my favorite slots a couple weeks back, and the provider told me it’d be up to 14 business days to process the payout. I know some folks here have had much faster turnarounds, but I’m curious if anyone else has been asked to wait that long after a decent sized win? This is the first time for me getting told it’d be such a slow payout, even though I’m used to sticking with the calmer, more reliable providers over the years.

My docs are all in and the casino verified me ages ago, so there shouldn't be anything weird holding it up. Kinda takes the shine off the win a bit, having to wait and keep checking my account every day. Has anyone else had this experience and did it end up coming through on time?

Yeah I’ve had it, and every time they say “provider” I assume the casino’s back office is moving like wet cement. Weird part, my Live Dealer cashouts used to clear faster than a slot hit half the size, same docs, same day!!! That “big win” flag slows everything right down, nasty stuff

Fourteen business days sounds like a long time, but I've seen some providers quote that as the maximum rather than the expected wait. If your account is already verified, I'd probably just keep checking in with support. I

Support pinging is fine, but I'd look at the cashier page and the terms before I look at the provider story again. Half these places hide a LOW daily withdrawal cap or some muddy bonus wording, then everybody acts shocked when a win gets chopped into calendar chunks, I've had that exact mess before

14 business days is the part i'd hate, that's basically three weekends gone

Yeah, that's a pretty long wait. Hopefully the process ends up being quicker than the estimated timeframe.
