888 says provider review can take 14 business days after a big win

so i hit a pretty big slot win, tried to cash out and got this message about my withdrawal needing a "provider review" that could take up to 14 business days. not talking about KYC or doc check, that’s all done already. never seen this specific wording before, usually it's just pending for a day or two max.

kinda tilting because this wasn’t even some wild bonus or anything, just a regular spin. is this normal now for bigger payouts? feels like a stall tactic but maybe i’m just being salty. curious if anybody else here has had a similar delay lately - how long did it really take, and did they actually pay out?

Lol “provider review” after a clean hit is usually stall smoke. Was it Pragmatic or Playtech, and did the game freeze at all on the win?

Yeah that's a stall move lol, "provider review" after a hit is the same old crap. Had it on roulette before, they paid, took 9 biz days lmao

Maybe, but "provider review" after a clean RNG hit is stall perfume. CUTE.

“Provider review” on a slot cashout reads like the same old stall in a nicer shirt. Seen 888 drag big wins a week plus, then pay.

14 business days is nonsense. had a crypto casino pull the same line on a 600x multiplier hit and sit on it for 8 days before paying.

Yep, stall.
