casino says my free spins win needs provider review because payout was “unusual”

Won a chunk off some free spins last night and cashed out, but now I’m getting emails saying the slot provider is doing a “review” since the payout was unusual. They didn’t give a time estimate or any solid info, just that I need to wait while they look into it. Never had this happen before, at least not from a promo, and I’ve done enough bonus rounds to know my way around the usual T&Cs. Account is verified, same device, same everything.

Has anyone actually had a legit win from free spins held up like this before? I always keep screenshots and play history, but I’m not sure what’s normal for these so-called “provider reviews”. Did you eventually get paid or does it usually turn into a mess? Wondering if I should sit tight or start pressing support about it now. Anyone got experience with this?

Yeah i had one dragged into a provider review on live dealer by mistake, got paid after 9 days, support was useless the whole time

Yeah that “provider review” line is real sometimes, but it always seems to pop up the second free spins hit for more than pocket change lol. Weird how nobody reviews the dead spins. I had one like this after I hit bigger than I ever do on promos, and I messed up by not grabbing the paytable and round ID right away. Now I do. If their games look old as hell and they don’t even offer demo mode, I trust it less. Same vibe as roulette rounds that suddenly lag when money’s on it lmao
